If you’re looking for a place to party and wreck, please move on. Property inspected each visit - will pursue damages.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash and place trash the dumpsters in the northwest part of the community. (See map in check-in instructions).
The door between the garage and the house should *not* be locked. Please send photos of the garage opener and 2 parking passes on the entryway table.
Laundry - it’s always what takes the cleaning team the longest! If you have time, and can please wash and start drying a load of laundry, it would be greatly appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Alex was an excellent host! He communicated often and provided detailed instructions for the property. His home is gorgeous! It was perfect for our party of 6. It allowed us to spend quality time together but provided separate bedrooms and bathrooms when we needed personal space. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, also. We hope to stay at Alex’s place again next time we visit Rehoboth Beach.

Dream beach house!

This home is wonderful - even more amazing in person than pictures can detail. We loved our stay and hope to return. Excellent location, charming, immaculate and so relaxing with it's tasteful beach house themed decor, great lighting and window treatments, excellent appliances, very comfortable beds and furniture. The area is quiet, very convenient, just around the corner from a great seafood place (Big Fish) and a quick drive to the beach. The communication with the property owners was great - very kind and easy to reach.

Great stay at the beach

Great stay at this house. Very spacious and clean home. Bathrooms in every bedroom. Easy bike ride to the beach and boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay and would definitely rent again.
