Great location, perfect spacious house for our family to get together for vacation. Patio and pool area is awesome and where we spent all our time.

We had everything we could need and more! Beds were comfortable, great seating for meals together & the backyard is heaven!!

The property exceeded all of our expectations. The check-in process was very easy. Nick and the team where always on hand and very helpful. Communciation was quick, easy and clear. The house itself was better than described. It had everything we needed, very nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cups, glasses, plates, bowls etc. The games cupboard was great, the kids played a number of games. The pool was perfect for what we needed. A decent size, there were some inflatables, pool heating was available but not needed. Plenty of space, we could spend time together but then also spread out around the house when needed. There were plenty of things in the garage such as games, beach gear, compressor to inflate inflatables and a washer and dryer. The golf buggy was available but we did not pay ehe extra to use this.

Amazing stay!

Highly recommend this property. It was exactly as pictured and had some many little extras - game closet, beach stuff, and a golf cart for rent. Best place I've stayed in IRB!
