Great host and location
To start, I want to say Christal is amazing and is a life saver. Our original booking from another site was canceled 2 days before our arrival to Chattanooga from South Korea so to say I was panicking is an understatement. Luckily, Christal responded quickly and was able to get the home ready for our month long trip on such short notice.
Coming from big city life, we were hoping to find a location with the ability to walk to restaurants and stores and this place was perfect. There are parks, restaurants, a grocery store, and more within walking distance. The home itself was also very spacious. Our family of 4 were able to spend time together and also spread out when we needed our own space. The only minor issues were the A/C downstairs and showers throughout were noisy and the lack of water pressure. (Unsure if the lack of water pressure was the cause of the noise or not) Also, it was obvious the prior cleaning was not done by professionals but having booked at the last minute and other preparations Christal went above and beyond to make prior to our arrival, this was something we did not hold against the host.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a memorable and easy vacation that felt like home. I think this place actually turned out better than our original plan due to extra space, the location, and the host being great.
