Open floor plan, great space for families or friends looking to gather together in one place!
New build finished in 2020. Open front deck, lower level walkout basement with patio area, lots of beds (and extra single mattresses in basement storage) to comfortably sleep 12 to 14. Two living areas to spread out if need be. Nice wooded walk to lovely downtown Frankfort, shops and dining, is just under one mile. A close walk and access to Lake Michigan and Frankfort beach! Short drive to nearby beautiful Crystal Lake.

Great place for family gato

What a great find! We love the Frankfort/Crystal Lake area, & this house was perfect for our extended family of 14, ages 72 to 9 months. We especially loved the large porch & the location. We enjoyed walking to the Frankfort beach to watch the sunset & getting an ice cream treat to top off our evenings.

Our family from 1 on up, had a wonderful stay at this comfy home & inviting home. Almost to comfy, I think we spent more time at home this vaca than ever before! The layout of the home was very accommodating for all to have fun and plenty of space with comfortable seating! Proximity to Frankfort perfect!! And all the other places we went! You will be happy you stayed here!!!

Great Family Home!

The house is so spacious with plenty of room for everyone. House is fully stocked with everything you could need and fun stuff for the kids. The outdoor porch with fire table is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Would stay again!

Best place to gather in Frankfort

We have stayed at this home on more than one occasion, never to be disappointed! The home itself is spacious, new and clean with a great floor plan for entertaining. The homeowners and property managers are helpful, kind and welcoming! Frankfort is a little slice of heaven, we cannot wait to return!

Home away from home

This was our first trip to Frankfort, and we really enjoyed ourselves! The house was a perfect home base for our family to spread out. We enjoyed games and puzzles, days spent downtown or at the many beaches, and evenings on the deck. We saw several deer at the house, including up to 5 fawns in the yard at once!

Great Location

My family and I stayed at this property for the week and it was absolutely amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and you can bring your pups. We were able to see deer every evening. The owner was very accommodating and was prompt with responding to questions. Downtown Frankfort is a short walk away and has many shops and restaurants to enjoy! The beach area with swings was a perfect addition for our young girls! We can’t wait to come back!

Family memories

We wanted a place for our family reunion...3 siblings and their families living in 3 different countries! This beautiful big house was perfect for our needs. With a well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (3 with ensuites), and activities for the 6 kids, it was excellent. Thank you Rheannon for being a great host and answering our queries so promptly.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We've been coming to Frankfort MI for years as a family and stayed here with our young kids and my parents. Way more modern than our typical cottage rental and the perfect setup for our whole family. Our kids stayed in the bunk room across the hall from us and my parents and brother took the bedrooms upstairs. There was plenty of additional sleeping space on the first level. The two stories gave lots of space for the kids to have their 'zone'. We adults loved the patio in the morning and evenings. Everything we needed for the stay was there! Great family memories made here.

Perfect family house

We had a lovely family vacation in this spacious home. Plenty of space for our family group of adults and young children. Spacious and well equipped kitchen to cook all our meals. We really appreciated some staples in the pantry like spices, foil, and plastic wrap. Loved the big open family room/dining area where we all could gather and lower living area to for noisy young kids to play. The nice large deck is a great place to hang out. Beds, bedding, and towels all high quality making it feel like home. We brought bikes and it’s just a short ride to Frankfort and the beach and a great lakeside bike trail you can ride for miles along the beautiful shore.

Family fun

Great property! Would stay again. They had fun hang out areas: 2 hammocks, 2 swings and a bench swing. Outside fireplace for smores too on the patio/deck. We utilized the grill too one night for burgers and the kayaks that are available in the garage. They have kid plates/bowls/cups too. It was a great space for our family of 12 that included 3 generations. The only thing to note is that the website noted 2 beds in the upstairs master. The upstairs master has 1 king bed only. The pictures were accurate. The downstairs bathroom is attached to the room with the bunkbeds too just so people are aware as we were unsure from pics. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Family Fun

We had a great time at this house! The main floor is very open and spacious. Loved the large covered deck/balcony. The extra room in the basement was a plus for our large family. The location is great! Very short drive to downtown and the beach. Walkable if you can handle a decent size hill. Overall, a great place for our family to gather and play games. Communication with the host was great as well!

Relaxing, comfortable and clean place to stay a few minutes from the Lake Michigan

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just like the pictures, very clean and relaxing. Super easy access, arrived and left no issues. House was a new build with higher end finishes. Just a 15 min walk to downtown Frankfort and a few minutes walk to Lake Michigan. Upstairs had two nice rooms both with attached bath. Downstairs was a nice additional space with more bedrooms and lounge area. All bathrooms were very nice and clean. The deck was nice at night and didn’t have any mosquitos because the deck was high off the ground. We were visited by deer each night and early morning in the yard. They have Netflix logged in which was a nice touch and some other channels for the kids at night. We would recommend staying here for someone that wanted to visit Frankfort, MI.
