This family-friendly vacation rental in Falkensee near Berlin

The house for the sole use with a garden, located in a quiet side street on the outskirts of Falkensee. The convenient location with good transport connection, it is an ideal starting point for visits to Berlin, Potsdam and the Brandenburg countryside. Shops and public transport networks are easily accessible in the immediate vicinity and on foot. Parking is available on the property and in front of the house.

The interior extends over two floors and offers approximately 80 square meters space for 4 up to 6 people. The ground floor is a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering accommodation with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room and dining room, here there is NO TV, with fireplace. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, a quiet room with a couch that can be used as another bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a possibility where luggage can be parked. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a flat screen TV.

The accommodation is largely allergic person apt, all floors are equipped for wiping and with laminate or tile. The bedroom windows have external blinds to darken. All rooms are heated by central heating.

Outside, a terrace has been created and is followed by the sole use available garden. The terrace is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The garden is planted with trees, shrubs, hedges and lawns. For the kids play equipment is available and offers ample play area. In the evening there is a barbecue and a fire pit available.
