The additional expansive newly updated finished room above the two-car attached garage can be the fourth suite bedroom that is separate from the other bedrooms and ensures that everyone has their privacy. Each bedroom equipped with cable TV and wireless internet.

The basement is partially finished(Architect plans in place to finish basement) and includes a washer/dryer and private gym. The newly renovated workout room includes a T.V., full set of weights, soul cycle spin bike, treadmill and other workout equipment such as a bosu and weighted medicine ball. A brand new water filtration system was installed March 2022.

End of Summer Getaway

My family had an incredible week here, would definitely book again. House was very clean and looked just like the pictures with a beautiful fenced in backyard. Bonnie was very responsive throughout our booking and made sure we had an easy relaxing stay. Would highly recommend booking here.

Excellent stay in Wainscott

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bonnie’s beautiful home. She made everything so easy and was so accommodating. She even put up a fence around the pool to give us an extra layer of protection for our young children. I would highly recommend this property.
