The structure presented by us is located in a strategic position, with a wonderful view of the Abbey of Badia a Passignano and the Chianti hills. Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 2 km. Agriturismo as it best....

Sehr nette Vermieter. Waren sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Vor allem die Kinder wurden mit Freude begrüßt und wie Familie behandelt. Größe der Wohnung für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (10+14) für zwei Wochen grenzwertig. Unserer Meinung nach maximal für 2+1 geeignet. Preis Leistung für diese Region absolut top.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

My mum and I had a wonderful week in this apartment up in the Tuscan hills. The views from the property are incredible (with both the monastery at Badia very visible and the mountains in the background providing a gorgeous backdrop). The flat itself is well equipped and is perfect for 2 people (it would be fine for 3 but it's definitely meant for 2, with 2 seats at the outside tables and 2 comfy chairs to read in etc). The pool and multiple areas/terraces with tables you can use is great. While the location was great for us, it is quite remote and it's not near to many bigger towns or cities, so it's perfect if you're looking for small trips to hill villages etc rather than bigger excursions. The hosts were very friendly, and it's a unique place in that you're living alongside an Italian family. We absolutely loved it, with children and dogs of the family around, but a warning that there isn't a huge amount of privacy so you are very much all together when you're outside. There are also 3 other holiday apartments on the site, so lots of children in the pool etc but it all worked really well for us. We had a lovely week - would recommend!

Leuk als je goed ter been bent.

Door de beschrijving, begane grond, heb ik het huisje gehuurd. De verhuurders wonen op het terrein, en ging ik er vanuit dat ze ergens op het terrein een huis hadden. Maar ze woonde boven mijn appartement en moesten steeds langs lopen. Ook hun hond rende regelmatig los rond op het gras voor mijn appartement. Hun kinderen voetbalde zowat voor mijn piep kleine terrasje. Om van de slaapkamer naar de toilet te gaan moet je trapjes af. De vloer is zeer onregelmatig met uitsteeksels. Weinig privacy.

Posto eccellente, c'è da fare i conti con gli insetti in casa (del resto ci si trova in campagna) Nella descrizione non è citato ma la strada per raggiungere la casa non è asfaltata ed è piena di ghiaia, insidiosa per le city car e chi non ha destrezza alla guida. La location è buona, gli host sono ottimi. Noi abbiamo prenotato tramite agenzia ma il costo sarebbe più adeguato se più basso di un 20/25% E' una posizione abbastanza centrale a tutto ma richiede sempre la macchina (almeno 25min)

Thank you for your feedback however we would like to clarify that the information about the access road can be found within the description and is written as a 1 km long motor access via an unmade road. We do however apologise for any confusion.

Vackert och mysigt boende mitt bland vinrankor och olivlundar med fin utsikt. Alice är en utmärkt värd! Väldigt svårt att hitta hit dock, GPS’ens beskrivning gick ej att köra efter.

Het huisje is zoals op de foto’s. We hebben er een fijn verblijf gehad. Het enige jammere was dat er achteraf nog (te) veel betaald moest worden (wifi 20 euro per weer, en we hebben volgens het huisje 2 kubieke meter gas verbruikt).

L'appartement correspondait en tout point aux photos de l'annonce. La propriété était propre et bien entretenue. La propriétaire nous a reçu sans aucune cordialité en nous demandant presque la caution en espèce avant de nous saluer. Un carnet vantant les sites pittoresques et les restaurants des environs était à notre disposition dans l'appartement. Seul bémol, 5€ de facture supplémentaire pour frais de gaz alors que nous avons simplement chauffer une brique de soupe. Imaginez si nous avions chauffé l'appartement une nuit entière, d'autant qu'il faisait froid. Le tarif du gaz étant de 5€ par mètre carré de chauffage. En fin de séjour, la maman de la propriétaire nous a remis notre caution, déduction faite des frais de chauffage et de ménage (35€ pour ces derniers) pour 4 nuits.
