We had a different unit booked and discovered 5 days before we were set to check in that they unit was double booked. There was zero apologies, and very slow communication regarding the issue. I was finally offered a different unit and while initially worried the new unit wasn’t as nice, it was perfect. I loved being on the bay. The location was great.
Check in info didn’t make it to me until about an hour before time to check in, which I think is a bit ridiculous. But again I was very pleased with the unit. And the person that managed it once we arrived was incredibly helpful!
