This lakefront gem sits on a gorgeous 8800 sq ft lot w/ 200 ft of lake frontage. Adorable cottage getaway on Big Pine Island, an all-sports lake approx. 30 min from Grand Rapids. Kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite counter tops w/ a wine refrigerator too! 3 decks, a gas grill, table for dining. Firepit. There are two fireplaces in the cottage as well as two Smart TV's. High-speed internet. Two kayaks are included with rental. Pet friendly w/ fee.

The Lakefront Cottage is an ultimate experience in rest and relaxation. The property sites on a large double lot with tremendous lake views. The sunrise skies are breathtaking from the bedroom and living areas. The property has three separate decks with outdoor chairs, umbrellas, sofa & table and gas grill. There are two chaise lounges and a swing overlooking the lake. The is high speed internet too! Perfect for a weekend getaway or business travel. 35 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids.
