Super-vacances

Appartement très bien situé, face à la plage, calme, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Accueil extrêmement gentil de la propriétaire, très bons conseils. Un petit bémol pour les gens se déplaçant difficilement: l'ascenseur au demi-étage. Pour tout le reste, je recommande chaudement.

Très belle vue, très bien situé, agréable pour 1 ou 2 sem.

Cet appartement est fait pour y séjourner une semaine ou deux mais guère plus si on est deux. Bien équipé, tout n'est pas parfaitement agencé et le niveau de standing pourrait être amélioré : terrasse recevant la mousse du toit, canapé-clicclac, placards, certains meubles à angles dangereux, des petits coins ou des détails ici ou là seraient à revoir Un excellent point pour l'eau adoucie très agréable pour la toilette et la douche, un second pour l'accueil des propriétaires également.

Je reste étonnée de vos dires . Lorsque vous avez exprimé le désir de partir plus tôt que prévu, j'ai prévenu Abritel . Un agent vous a appelé et vous avez déclaré que tout allé bien et que vous quittiez avant la date prévue pour raisons personnelles . Je suis venue pour votre départ le jour et l'heure que vous aviez décidé . Je me suis à nouveau inquiétée auprès de vous de ce départ précipité et vous m avez répondu que tout allait bien !!!....Vous n'avez fait allusion à aucune anomalie . Chacun pourra voir les photos sur le site et chercher ce qui à vos yeux est dangereux ... Le canapé clic clac est neuf : Achat de Mai 2024 .!!!! Je me permet de vous rappeler que lorsque vous avez réservé pour 6 semaines à cheval sur Octobre et Novembre je vous ai consenti une importante réduction . : Pour les petits coins et détails : cet appartement est labellisé 3* !!! Chacun pourra vérifier sur le site ce qui est dangereux .Pour la mousse sur la terrasse : il y a des mouettes et cela peut arriver surtout en hiver !!!!!Vous savez réserver 6 semaines en hiver !!!à Mers les Bains n est pas courant pour un vacancier . Venez plutôt au printemps ou en été, le climat est meilleur !!!! Bien à vous Claudette Ternois
