VIEWS FOR DAYS! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING on the Parker strip! new to VRBO 3500 square feet of new construction - beautifully decorated views beyond views. 3 bed 3.5 bath entire game room floor. Close to casinos, river, riding, entertainment, foxes, roadrunner. Fabulous location. THREE gorgeous balcony patios, BBQ's! the game room is to die for including a bar with a view of the river. Come enjoy the tuscan villa elegance in this new beautiful home! This is an entertainers dream equipped with a wet bar, wine fridge and a small gym downstairs ( use of gym is at your own risk please) Golf course 1/2 mile, public launch ramp 1/2 mile, foxes 2 miles, casino 2 miles! So much to do! This house was off short term rental for a couple years. Just re listed :) parking is somewhat limited, 2 cars is the limit inside the complex so please keep that in mind.

The pictures, honestly, don't do justice to the views this house has. Even without the views, the house is a sight to be seen.
The host was VERY responsive and helpful the entire stay. Everything was as expected and I look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Parker.

Gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. Well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Very functional layout with an awesome game room! Huge bedrooms and beautiful views of the River. Host was gracious, accommodating, and responded very quickly. This is a great home to enjoy Parker.
