The apartment is in a newly built villa with pool, with only two residential units with separate entrance, in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Badesi, surrounded by a 4000sqm garden with olive, fig, lemon, orange, tangerine and almond trees.
The sea with its silver sandy beach is only 2500 meters away and is easily accessible even in the bus that runs every half an hour on the beach in summer.
The apartment is 75 square meters and consists of a large living room, kitchen, large covered terrace with sea views, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, shower cabin, toilet and bidet.

The pool is available to our guests from June 1st to September 30th.

The house has free WiFi internet connection.
The center is 800 meters away. There you will find a pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets (where you can buy cheap and varied).

Villa Agnese is 2 km from the beautiful 8 km long sandy beach of Badesi. A bus runs to the beach every 30 minutes in the summer months from June to September. For 1 euro a day you can drive as often as you like. There is a surf school, boat rental, swimming pool, bar and restaurants by the sea, but above all the very beautiful long sandy beach attracts. You can find a good diving school on Isola Rossa (6 km away).

Badesi also has the advantage that it is in an excellent location from where you can easily and quickly reach the most beautiful and interesting places (villages and towns) in the north of Sardinia. How to reach Valledoria, Castellsardo, Alghero, Stintino, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Santa Teresa and many others. Water sports enthusiasts are also catered for, here you can practice windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, canoeing and many other sports.
