Maison et terrasse superbes. Équipements parfaits. En revanche, dans l'annonce, il était spécifié "plage privée". Cette expression est mensongère. En effet, il s'agit d'un accès au lac, partagé par plusieurs habitants des maisons adjacentes. Il s'agit en fait d'un carré d'herbe nu à partager avec plus d'une dizaine de vacanciers.

Emplacement idéal sur les bords du lac d’Annecy

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Tout est de qualité. Accès au lac par un chemin privé ( en commun avec d’autres familles), qui débouche sur un espace herbeux ombragé et un escalier d’accès au lac. Boulangerie pâtisserie, et supérette sur place et un bus part du Duingt tous les 20mn vers Annecy et il est gratuit tout l’été
