We very much enjoyed our stay in Friendship, Maine. The cottage was clean and comfortable. A short walk from the water and a beautiful walk around town. Highly recommend having dinner at the Jameson Point Lobster Company. It's delicious and just a short walk from the cottage. Thank you for a great stay!
I had an awesome time at the cottage! It is both comfortable and rustic in the best way. Very quiet and incredible location. The hosts were warm, attentive, and helpful. It was exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a very classic Maine cabin/cottage vibe this is really great and I recommend it!

The property served is purpose. We went there for the lobster festival and we had a great time. There were alot of things there already and that was convenient. If i went to this area again, i would rent again.
This cabin was spacious and accommodating for my family of 5. The property was nicer than anticipated, a shared driveway led to private parking in the front yard, a small covered porch added charm to the cute 2 story cottage. Once we opened up all the windows it was well ventilated and enjoyable. Within a couple of days it felt like home away from home, and we wished we had more time. Thanks to a wonderful host.

Thank you so much we are glad you enjoyed your stay!
Great location if looking for lighthouses, lobster & quiet. Felt like home. Some things we noticed that needs attention are the electrical outlets should have covers, and both the back door and bathroom door did not close all the way. Also, there is a hill that makes it difficult to get to the cottage, if you mobility problems.
Loved how close it was to the working waterfront and for going into Rockland for the North Atlantic Blues Festival. With windows open, the cottage had natural a/c. Owner right near by if needed which was a plus.
A quick walk to the wharf and access to all kinds of cool coastal features
We loved our stay here. It was quaint but very rustic and comfortable for 3 adults. The host was super helpful and we were all very happy with everything overall!

Okay. House had not been aired out and was musty smelling until we opened windows and turned on fans. Cable system complicated and you need to have Netflix or something equivalent to operate.

Unfortunately it is just the nature of a seasonal cottage this time of year, that without insulation it tends to feel damp inside even with one day of the windows being closed. This year has been especially hot and humid. We have had guests all summer, so I assure you it's been plenty aired out. I'm sorry the chromecast felt complicated, but it is stated clearly in the listing that there is no cable.
