The 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located in a quiet complex in Elviria with a large terrace.
The resort is located a short drive from all the amenities of Elviria and just a 15 minute drive from Marbella town. The complex has 5 swimming pools, 1 of which is heated, and community gardens.
A few minutes by car from the beach, the apartment consists of a living room which offers access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed (180*200), fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 90*200, fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi et SMART TV
