2 Bed/2 Bath condo in the private gated community of Spinnaker Pointe located on the north end of Carolina Beach. Condo has views of Carolina Beach Basin, is walking distance to Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Freedom Boat Club. The private walk way to the beach at Freeman Park is just steps away and a beautiful walk across the marsh. You can also enjoy use of the tennis courts, seasonal swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and charcoal grills. Bring your own boat and launch just across the basin at the town ramp, rent a slip at Carolina Beach Yacht Club or perhaps rent a boat or charter one for sailing or fishing. Carolina Beach has so many activities to offer on or off the water. Make sure you check out the photos included of the boardwalk activities such as fireworks, live music, movie night and bingo!

Nice Condo!

I liked the way this condo was decorated. Very cute! We had everything we needed…except the pool, which is only open seasonally. We were a bit taken aback that it wasn’t open while we were down on Spring Break & I actually rented this condo mostly for the pool. Just have never had one be closed, as we come to the beach every year during this time & have for many years! So it just never would have occurred to me that Spring Break was not seasonal for that. I would just probably be more specific about the dates & a note to myself going forward to ask & be sure beforehand. Thankfully, we had gorgeous weather & were able to take the wagon (which was a nice addition) out to the beach multiple days. And the owner was very attentive, helpful & responded promptly with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks again!

Great stay!

The condo was very clean, directions for check in and check out great. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and up to date. Washer and dryer worked good. Beach and area are a beautiful location. Pool area was also a nice addition to use.

Why they chose this property

The north end of Carolina Beach is just beautiful! This property is located in a gated community however it's just minutes from everything!
I love watching the sunsets across the marina, being able to jump on the boat and go to the river, the ICW or the ocean within minutes. It is a short boat ride, ferry or drive to Southport, Bald Head Island, Wrightsville Beach or Downtown Wilmington. It's also a short bike ride to Carolina Beach Boardwalk with shops, ice cream, carnival rides (summer), restaurants and bars with live music and karaoke.
