We had a group of 19 and the house was fantastic. Ryan was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in and was easy to communicate with. Amazing Experience!

This property was fantastic! It easily accommodated our large group and everyone really enjoyed the conversational layout. Also, the location was phenomenal. It was close to everything we did for fun and walking distance to our event venue. Property management team was very communicative and responsive. Bachelor party for 10

We stayed at this location renting out all three units. Def worth it. All of my guys had a place to sleep conformably and there was enough bathrooms for us all as well. They kept the place clean with basic kitchen amenities. My one issue would be that the place has a bocce ball court. I would thing some care and attention would be given to that standout amenity and when we got there the lights weren’t working for the court and the court had leaves all in it. Also worth mentioning that many of the rope lights in the courtyard area were out and need replacing. Overall minor issues and when I called to ask about the lights, someone was at the house within 20 minutes to see what could be done. They couldn’t figure it out, but by the next afternoon there was another strand of rope lights hanging over the court, giving us what we needed to see. Overall minor issues that can be mitigated with some better quality control, but excellent experience. My guests had a dig dug competition on the arcade machine and were all stoked to see YouTube tv working for sports.

This is an awesome location, centrally located to broadway, with so much to do in Germantown. We had our wedding party stay here, which was so awesome to gather in the courtyard and all be together throughout the weekend! Each house had everything you could possibly need! Highly highly recommend.

My group had an amazing time staying with Natasha and Chip at their property in Germantown. It was completely ideal and we could walk to many activities and places to eat. It was so convenient! Our front house (Unit A) was fully renovated in the winter of 2018 and completed in April of 2019. The attached townhouses (Units B & C) opened their doors in April 2021 on the backlot of Unit A.

We chose this location because of its charming vibes, rich history (dating back to its 1850s establishment by European Immigrants), architectural treasures, and thoughtfully designed urban mixed-use development. We hope you will quickly see why Germantown is considered one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We also love the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Nashville, yet find it filled with authenticity and energy of its own.
