Apartment of 60 m2, on the 1st floor with lift, in a small quiet residence, comprising:<br> A kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, microwave) open to the living room (large table with 6 chairs, living room with sofa, 1 armchair, 2 poufs), cupboards.<br>A bedroom with a closet, bed 160cm. Bed linen is provided.<br>A small balcony with a table and 2 chairs.<br>A shower room with sink, shower. Towels are provided.<br>A separate toilet.<br>A car park (closed box) in the basement residence.<br>The apartment overlooks the park side of the residence and is therefore quiet.<br>The beach of the white port is 150m from the residence.<br>The district of Saint-Enogat is 600 m away where there are shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, small supermarket), 400m from the thalasso of Dinard, 200m hiking trails.<br><br><br>
