Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Selva, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 km from the sea, 30 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful garden, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Eine schöne abseits gelegene Finca zur Erholung

Man benötigt zwingend ein Fahrzeug um zur Finca und von der Finca fort zu kommen. Mit dem Auto kann man von Selva viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände der Insel gut erreichen. Zur Finca gehört ein sehr großes Grundstück. Der Schlüsselhalter vor Ort ist ein sehr freundlicher Mann, kümmert sich sofort bei Problemen.

Außen mega!

Ein sehr schönes Objekt. Der Aussenbereich ist richtig schön. Der Pool könnte ein bisschen größer sein…wobei das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist. Wir hatten zu viert genug Platz (auch um ein bisschen zu schwimmen). Aber für großen Schwimmsport reicht es nicht. Der Innenbereich bietet ganz nette Schlafzimmer. Allerdings kann ein Teil der Ausstattung ein Upgrade ertragen. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig, so dass man definitiv nachputzen musste. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, waren die Bäder. Sehr klein, wenig gepflegt und definitiv ausbaufähig. Wenn diese kleineren Mängel behoben werden, ist alles fein. Zwei Hinweise noch: 1) Man muss viel fahren, wenn man nicht primär für den Pool und das Wandern kommt. Selva liegt sehr zentral und in Schlagreichweite nach Palma 2) das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein oder man braucht gute Nerven. Unser Leihwagen (Jaguar F-Pace) war das absolute Limit für mich als beruflich sehr routinierten Fahrer

Sehr tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt an einem super, zentralen Standort um die Insel zu erkunden und in sehr ruhiger Atmosphäre. Als Nachbar hat man bei diesem Haus zwei sehr aufdringliche Hunde, allerdings nur wenn man mit dem Auto vorbei fährt. Ein rundum sehr tolles Haus.

sehr schöne Finca mit allen Details, die man braucht

Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man als 6-köpfige Gruppe für eine Woche braucht. Es war sauber und mit vielen durchdachten Details ausgestattet. Hinweise: die Abstimmung für den Check-In-Zeitpunkt war aufwändig und schwierig; Es wäre auch vom Vorteil eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung zu bekommen(in Worten); Störend sind die Hunde auf den Nachbargrundstücken(Dauerbellen in der Nacht)

Schlüsselübergabe war schwierig. Ihre angegebenen Koordinaten waren richtig, jedoch konnten wir den Weg zum Haus nicht finden (Schlüsselübergabe am Objekt!). Ansonsten war alles super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Reizvoll mit Schwächen

Schwierig zu finden, Zufahrt in schlechtem Zustand. Nette Betreuung seitens der Schlüsswelhalterin, viele Möglichkeiten sich auf dem Gelände aufzuhalten. Landschaftlich reizvolle Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick auf die Sierra Tramuntana! Aber maximal für 4 Erwachsene geeignet, da ein Schlafraum ohne Fenster und wenig einladend war. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein. Sehr reichhaltige Ausstattung bis auf für 7 Personen zu kleine Kaffeemaschine und Uralt-Fernseher. Unabhängig von der Unterkunft war die Information seitens Interhome vor dem Abflug mangelhaft! Weiterempfehlung nur mit Einschränkung

Die Mieter sollten entweder Spanisch können, ein Übersetzungsprogramm nutzen oder einfach Spaß daran haben, sich 'irgendwie zu verständigen'.
