This spacious two-bedroom rental is RENOVATED and perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island offering excellent walkability to everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Guests have access to enjoy the pool, relax in the spa, and utilize the designated grilling area.

In just a short walk (two blocks) you have access to the beach, restaurants, playground, putt putt golf, sand volley ball courts, Fort Clinch State Park and more.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by updated hardwood floors throughout and a cohesive coastal theme. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and surf, with views of the ocean right from the balcony. This space is equipped with a sofa (Queen sleeper), love seat, a chair and Smart TV (online streaming provided through Direct TV) Sliding glass doors lead you to the private balcony with plenty of seating. This arrangement is truly ideal for friends and family to gather.

The kitchen has been renovated with new appliances, quartz countertops, and a beautiful backsplash that mimics the blues in the ocean. It is also well stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, utensils, a blender, a toaster, a tea kettle, a regular coffee maker, and more. The breakfast bar can sit up to four at a time while the dining table can accommodate six.

The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.

The guest room is equipped with Twin beds, a custom built-in allowing plenty of space for storage and hanging cloths, a TV and across the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The unit also has a full size washer/dryer.

When it's time to unwind, head to the pool and jacuzzi area for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak.

In addition to quick access to the beach and endless activities guests are only a few minutes way from our Historic Fernandina Beach area where you can shop and enjoy the downtown marina.

For your convenience beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, and umbrella are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

Beautiful place. Everything was expected except for the fact that we booked this particular place for the hot tub and it wasn’t working. When we couldn’t get it to heat up ourselves we reached out to the property managers but never heard back. Otherwise, great trip!

Insane listing. This condo was exactly as posted - super clean, beautiful view spacious layout. Great kitchen, bathroom & comfy king size bed. We had a problem figuring out the TV. The host sent a friendly maintenance man right over & we were watching football in no time. 10 minutes from Starbucks, about 10 minutes to a great beach bar - Sliders. Who had lobster bisque, delicious lobster rolls & great meatloaf. Oh, condo comes with garage as well & you can take a dip in the chlorine pool. Seriously, if we are in the area again we need to look no further.

We love staying in Amelia island and we were happy we got to stay in this unit again. The updates were gorgeous and it had everything we could need. Location is perfect for a quick walk to the most peacedul part of the beach annd salt life for dinner or a quick trip to the shops, fort clinch Egans park or publix.

Wonderful stay at Ocean Park condo

Our condo at Ocean Park was beautiful and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the location and the outdoor space. We met several people who live at Ocean Park, and they were very friendly. For those who like to bike, Amelia Island does not offer dedicated bike trails like HHI. Most of the bike trails run along the road in traffic. We did bike at the fort behind our condo and that was a nice ride. Locals told us about biking in the state park (Talbot) below AI but we never made the trip there. Downtown Fernandina Beach is a fun place to visit and we especially enjoyed eating at Tasty's.

Wonderful condo

It was all fabulous! I would stay again. The only problem was the cable tv…it was listed as having comcast cable but we had an 11 year old, a 23 year old, a 30 year old and multiple 50-68 year old try to get it working and we all failed. We could get the streaming networks to work, but nothing else. It didn’t help that several of the remotes had dead batteries. But, everything thing else was first rate and I would rent again.
