La maison est tres agreable avec sa terrasse, son jardin fleuri et arboré.La maison se situe dans un quartier calme tres proche du sentier cotier et de la mer (200m).A 50m derrière à vol d'oiseau le quartier est en pleine construction et vous tournez à droite, c'est la campagne à la ville, proche de toutes commodités.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
