Excellent condo, perfect location.
Beautiful condo, well appointed, great oceanfront location. Very clean and seems recently upgraded. Everything worked well. Ample parking. Close to the road but everything quiets down after 10 pm anyway. Not an issue. Hope to re-book next time! Thanks!

Beautiful Room and View close to beaches and activities.
Just across the parking lot from the best sunset location in the island on the lawn of The Beach House. Lovely little beach there as well and a snack shack across the way. Laundry access was perfect, and it was so quiet most of the time, except for some traffic noise which was disruptive in the night and very early morning.

Many great perks but loud traffic at night
I was very happy with the condition and supplies provided with the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were beach chairs available to take with me to beaches, and they even left a welcome basket with some snacks and coffee for that next morning (life saver!) Sunsets are beautiful and easily accessible at the other end of the small property near The Beach House restaurant next door - which was always busy and smelled delicious. The property management team was responsive the only time I had a request. As listed, there is no AC. I knew this going in but was too warm at night since there are minimal fans and poor air flow throughout the unit. My only true complaint has no reflection on the owners or property management team, and that is the obnoxious traffic sounds at night. The loud cars/trucks and their often blaring music were impossible to sleep thru waking me up at least a few times every single night during my week's stay. Because of the no AC and poor airflow, closing the bedroom window to limit traffic noise was not an option. Lucky for me, beach naps are one of my super powers. :)

Insects in kitchen made visit very unpleasant.
Upon arrival, the unit looked mostly clean other than dust on baseboards/light fixtures but ants were everywhere in the kitchen when i arrived... counters, inside cabinets, floor, stove etc. When staff contacted me to see if everything was clean I noted the ants and they dismissed it as "unavoidable". This is CLEARLY not true because I had spent a week in another condo in the area just before this one and I didn't have this problem. This tells me that there are food particles in places that aren't immediately visible. I rent condos to have a kitchen to save money on food but this stay was extremely unpleasant and expensive since I couldn't use the kitchen without having to watch every little move. Even the dining table had ants. Also, this unit is right next to a busy street. The bedroom wall is parallel to the street. Had I known this I wouldn't have stayed there. Very loud and not relaxing.
