Modern 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath, with Gunite 44 x 20 ft Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Private Tennis Court/ Pickleball Court, Gym, Half Basketball Court, and Massive Deck! Large glass sliding doors overlook the pool//hot tub and 2000+ sq ft mahogany dec. A long driveway leads up to the home, which is on 4.3 acres, providing complete privacy. The basement has ping pong and a home theater with lie-back seats. The gym has a Rogue squat rig, weights & rowing machine. Tennis court has pickleball lines painted as well. Located just 7 minutes to town and 7-15 minutes to East Hampton's beaches. Lovely Home

The home is very nicely laid out and designed. The main living space is open and spacious. The lighting is terrific. There is a nice electric fireplace, a sonos speaker, and large tv. The 5 bedrooms are spread around with varying views of the surrounding woods. Each room has its own privacy and uniqueness. The whole house is new and immaculate. Communications with the owner were quick and helpful. The location of the home is good - a quick drive to East Hampton or Sag Harbor. We did not use the pool or jacuzzi, since it was Winter, but the outdoor area is very nice. 5 Star Rating!
