About this property

Private Suite in historic Stillwater North Hill

A one bedroom one bath in-law suite with a full kitchenette above our detached garage.

The suite is located on The North Hill of Stillwater. We're located about 6 blocks up the hill from downtown shops, pubs,restaurants & the St.Croix river.

The suite is capable of sleeping up to 4 persons as we have a fold out couch with extra linens.

The use of our spa is available from march through November for an additional $30.00 per night. Spa hours are 9am to 10pm daily.

Any ada approved service animals must be present with owners @ all times and are not to be left unattended at any time during your stay.

The space was clean and host has very clear communicative. They are on site, but after out initial check in, we didn't see them at all. They left a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was nice. We were only there 1 night, but it suited our needs. Note: from the end of September to October they have a very intense Halloween display in their front year and around by where you park. Some may love it and others may want the heads up.

This is a great little away! Only a 15 minute walk to all the action Stillwater has to offer. The walk is hilly on the way back but doable if you are in ok shape The hosts were fantastic and the space was perfect. Highly recommend staying here!

So many reasons to love this stay! Stayed here for our wedding weekend! The hosts were so gracious and even went out of their way to make our occasion extra special by surprising us with a bottle of champagne as a sweet congratulations! The place was so cute and quaint and extremely clean! We had our first look on the upper deck so perfect. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fun, romantic, intimate, and sweet stay in Stillwater. The place, the hosts, the location, and even it's affordability can't be beat for the area! Thx you for elevating our already special weekend Jess & Dan!

We had a lovely mother, daughter and bonus daughter get away for a birthday celebration. This was our first time in Stillwater, and loved it. We had a fire one of the nights, it was perfect. The two girls (well women) shared the bed in the bedroom. They enjoyed watching a movie before falling asleep. While I slept on the pull out bed. One of the biggest things that drew us to the property was the kitchenette. We have a lot of dietary restrictions to cover so being able to cook is really important. The kitchen had everything we needed! We did not use the hot tub, but maybe next time! The host checked in via text on a few occasions which was appreciated. Thank you for everything!

This was the perfect spot for a couple nights in Stillwater. Comfortable bed. Cute decorations. Very clean. The host was very responsive. We hope to stay again when we return for a weekend getaway.

The Lil Suite in Stillwater is a charming, quaint, and cozy spot...perfect for a relaxing stay. The suite is cute and thoughtfully decorated, and the owners were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our visit. Great location, just a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We arrived around 8 p.m., and this was the perfect little spot for our stay in Stillwater! The unit is located above the garage and was a cozy one-bedroom, one-bath setup that worked perfectly for the two of us.The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and we slept great every night. There are two TVs, although we were only able to get YouTube TV in the main living area, which was fine for us.The hosts had their whole property decorated for Halloween with zombies and ghouls everywhere, which was such a fun and festive touch! My husband even spotted their pug and golden retriever once during our stay.We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, especially the coffee pods they left for us—which I definitely put to good use! The hosts also gave us phenomenal local recommendations. We took their advice on a coffee spot we probably never would have found on our own, and we were definitely not disappointed.The only unusual thing we noticed was that the shower water had a bit of a peppery smell the first day, but after that it was completely fine.Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay with thoughtful hosts who helped make our time in Stillwater even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Easy access to Downtown Stillwater, clean and cozy. Great way to spend a cold winter night. Just wish I had read the fine print, that the hot tub was not available in the winter! Would definitely consider staying again
