Had a great stay it was a beautiful facility with all the amenities that were needed. The pool is just amazing and a great hot tub. Convenient to grocery stores and highways. It was not close to the beach, but the value overall was worth it and you could handle the drive.

The property is great - very clean with community pool and hot tub. Great location if you're interested in visiting Jacksonville and/or St. Augustine and/or St. Augustine beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ability to get to the St. Augustine beaches easily.

In 2018 I met Dan on a dating app. I lived in Nashville and he lived in St. Augustine. Upon deciding to get married, we each loved where we were from. We ultimately decided to do both! We live in Nashville, but bought two condos right next to each other here at Laterra to visit as often as we like and ultimately have as our own family vacation spot. (Together we have 6 grown children). We love making memories playing in the pool with our grand- daughter and celebrating Dan’s 50th birthday and other special times here. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home.
