INDOOR AMENITIES: Open living room with a comfortable sectional pull out couch, large flat screen TV, and relaxing coastal decor. laundry closet with washer/dryer, French door refrigerator, dining table for 6. OUTDOOR AMENTIES: Covered front porch awning, gas firepit, enclosed outside shower, Weber gas grill, big yard for lawn games/etc., nautical themed garage for bonus hang out space. 4 bikes provided.
