Located on the spectacular Coast Line of North Side, this warm welcoming 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom villa is a prime location for a relaxing Holiday. Warming Caribbean breezes and a relaxed atmosphere for your private get-away. North Side is considered a more relaxed area of Grand Cayman, yet only minutes away from the popular Kaibo and Rum Point Areas, and is home to a handful of Ocean Front Resorts. Enjoy the Unique Dining that you find no where else on the island, from island style to European Cuisine.

This welcoming Villa ensures that you'll enjoy spacious accommodation for up to six people and consists of 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms ensuite, pullout sofa, living room with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV, dining area , fully equipped kitchen with separate bar area. Brand new Towels and Bed Linens are included. Nicely decorated and has been completely upgraded. Enjoy the shallow snorkeling reef in front of the property or a dip in the pool just off the back porch.

There are 7 villa’s on the property, strategically situated so all guests enjoy privacy and quiet. The Gardens consists of a beautiful pool with shaded sitting areas, or jut a few step away you can enjoy the Beach and experience some of the Islands' best un-spoilt snorkeling or Diving. So don’t forget to bring your snorkel and mask. This side of the island has some both sandy and rocky areas in the water so I also suggest some booties.
This side of the island offers tours where one can experience hiking, fishing, kayaking and a must go for garden lovers the Botanical Park which is merely 5 minutes away, The Crystal Caves which have been completely conformed with Lighting and comes with a walking guide to explain all the different aspects and formations of this very old phenomenon is a must see.

The villa provides great brochures and informational magazines to make your stay extremely comfortable with all information at your finger tips. An assortment of masks and snorkels are available if you forget yours. You don’t want to miss the reef and underwater views right outside of the villa.

Wonderful Experience on Grand caymanC

For starters the island is incredible. We loved the animal life, snorkeling opportunities, and general relaxed "island-time" feel. Our 3 kids loved searching for hermit crabs and swimming in the pool during downtime at the house. We loved the quieter northside of the island where this house is. Jesse was a great host with constant communication. The house was perfect for a family stay :) We will be back!

Privacy in paradise

My sister and I enjoyed a relaxing, quiet week in this clean, spacious villa. Most of the time we had the pool and beach to ourselves. The location was perfect for enjoying our favorite restaurants and activities on the North Side, near Rum Point, and in the East End. We also prepared some meals in the well-equipped kitchen, where we found upscale appliances and a nice assortment of condiments available. I appreciated Jesse's quick responses every time I reached out to him, especially when we encountered an unusual problem during our stay. He was even able to arrange a slightly early check-in because there was no one checking out that morning.

My wife and I enjoy bringing our 3 young daughters to Cayman. Watching them enjoy the water, sand, and tranquility the island offers makes us smile. When we cant be there, we open our 'piece of paradise' up to guests. We love to hear great stories and shared island adventures from travelers such as yourself.

Why they chose this property

Cayman's North Side offers great snorkeling and beautiful beaches. A barrier reef ~200 meters out allows for calm water most of the year. Our property provides the added value of not having the busy traffic and hustle found on the island's busier more 'touristy' areas.

What makes this property unique

The entire villa has been freshly painted, renovated with a high-end kitchen, and modern technical amenities paired with fiber internet allows for either an effective remote work environment or a private escape. Sitting on the beach, one can have a view of both sunset AND sunrise. Combined with the tranquility of untouched jungle on one side of the property, this makes for the most peaceful and relaxing locale.
