Traditional house with private pool & garden!

In a small place next to the town of Labin, on the slopes of the hill, there is this small detached house for perfect rest and relaxation. It was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2009. Casa Luce (on one floor) is in the traditional Istrian style - built in a rustic design and consists of: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. The ceilings are decorated with decorative wooden beams, which offers a rustic atmosphere. In front of the house there is an open terrace and a covered terrace with a pergola. The pool 7.5mx 3.5m offers a welcome refreshment in the hot summer days. There is also a 'wine wall' with good Istrian wines ... There are also 2 new bicycles available to guests at all times so that they can feel the surroundings.

Beautiful house in picturesque surrounding

The house is very special, with lovely details, the pool is perfect, the view magnificent. The silence lets you really relax. Supermarkets and restaurants 10min away by car, beaches 20 min.

Welcomed Back

Villa Luce was exactly what we hoped for. The home is warm with all of the modern amenities we come to expect and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Its location was perfect, within a couple of miles of Labin, but more importantly just 1 hour or less by car from the farthest points of interest like must see cities (Rovinj, Porec, Motovun). The property owner Alen was always reachable and the property manager (Iva) was accessible by text and within a bike ride from the home. After 38 years of my last visit, it was the best place to catch up from and look forward to doing it again!

Best vacation house ever!

I can't say enough wonderful things about his house. Booking was easy and the owner was prompt and communicative without any problems. The house is gorgeous--a wonderful blend of modern amenities and old-world charm. The kitchen is perfectly appointed, the bedrooms and bathroom perfectly clean and with wonderfully-clean linens. A/C works like a dream (it was VERY hot when we were there), and the pool was pristine, and outfitted with lovely lounge chairs. There are various porches and patios with ample and quality seating everywhere. No words can describe the beauty of the incredible view from every part of the perfectly manicured property. The house is a few minutes drive from town--there isn't anything within walking distance, but we enjoyed this because we liked the privacy. It is a close drive to many lovely villages and beaches, and there are several grocery stores and other shopping for anything you might need. The hot water was ample, and everything worked perfectly. Not only would we recommend this place to anyone (we are a small family of 3--our son is 5 years old), but we can't wait to return. We have been renting houses on vacations from VRBO/homeaway for many years, and this was our absolute favorite. Thank you, thank you!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus, was mit Liebe und schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es isz genau wie beschrieben. Es liegt etwas abgegelegen, was aber für uns kein Problem war, in ca 5. Fahrminuten mit dem Auto gab es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Besonders toll fanden wir die eingebauten Fliegengitter. Der Pool war fantastisch und die Ruhe auch. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Alles perfekt

Das Haus hat eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, kein Plastik, viel Metall und Aluminium, alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr groß und war ebenfalls sehr sauber, ebenso wie das komplette Grundstück, welches sehr gut gepflegt war. Sehr schön ist auch die freistehende Sitzgruppe mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Labin. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschön

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen: Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, der Pool ist wirklich schön und groß, mit kleinen Massagedüsen und Treppen zum Einstieg. Das Haus ist wundervoll. Unser liebevoll ist an jedes Detail gedacht worden, was ein Gast benötigt. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist perfekt, vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Das Haus ist so wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Und die Vermieter / Verwalter sind sehr nett. Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht so genau hervor, dass sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (mit Duschbad) im Anbau - also außerhalb des Haupthauses befindet. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch war sehr gut. Auch die leere Gasflasche wurde am gleichen Tag getauscht. Als kleinen Minuspunkt würde ich die alten Kleiderschränke ansehen. Die rochen schon sehr alt - wir haben unsere Kleidung lieber nicht reingehängt… Ein größerer Minuspunkt - dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts!: Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite (weiter oben am Hang) steht mittlerweile ein riesiges, sehr modernes Ferienobjekt (mit 4 Parkplätzen davor und offenbar vielen Betten). Leider haben wir in unserem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt 3 verschiedene Mieter erlebt! Alle jünger und in Feierlaune - diese haben die zum Haus gehörende Boombox zu fast jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ausgiebig genutzt. Selbst unsere mitgereisten Kinder im Alter von 25, 22, 19 und 17 waren genervt und sind rübergegangen, um die dortigen Mieter um etwas Rücksicht zu bitte! Wenn man also (wie wir) Ruhe und Erholung sucht, kann man Pech haben!! Schade!

genau das Richtige für uns

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wie für uns gemacht - die Kinder konnten im Pool und großen Garten toben während wir in Ruhe anderen Dingen nachgehen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig, aber dennoch stilvoll eingerichtet. Nach jeder Unternehmung fühlten wir uns so, als ob wir tatsächlich nach Hause kommen würden. Das Meer und viele andere tolle Ziele sind nicht allzu weit weg und dennoch liegt das Haus abgeschieden und ruhig. Der Blick auf Labin und das Umland ist wunderschön! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft. Wichtig zu wissen allerdings: das zweite Schlafzimmer ist separat was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen ist. Ansonsten wunderschöne Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Sehr engagierte Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.

Herrlich ruhig auf einem großen Anwesen gelegen mit tollem Pool. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Iva ist völlig problemlos. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da, weil es so schön ursprünglich ist und nicht sehr weit zu vielen Ausflugszielen (Labin mit 2 hervorragenden Restaurants (Kvarner, Rumore), Burg Grimani und Tropfsteinhöhle Festinsko kraljevstvo, Strände Duga Luka und Ravni mit Restaurant Bistro Ravni,...)

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Alen‘s house. The house is fully equipped, has a great location, offers great views and a beautiful garden and of course a refreshing swimming pool. communication, check-in and check-out was perfect. ms. iva, the caretaker of the property was always reachable for any questions. Wunderschön gelegenes stilvolles Haus mit tollem Pool

Tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Ruhig gelegen, aber Labin/ schöne Strände (z.B. Duga Luka) sind mit dem Auto in 10/20 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles da wie beschrieben und zusätzlich mehrere Grills, Bälle zum Spielen, Wäscheständer,... Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise unkompliziert.

Kleines, altes Haus mit viel Charme

Wir haben insgesamt 12 Tage hier verbracht und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Wer Urlaub abseits von Lärm und Trubel verbringen möchte, ist hier richtig - gleichzeitig sind Städte wie Labin und Rabac sowie diverse Supermärkte nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Alen) im Vorfeld per Mail sowie die Übergabe vor Ort bei der An- und Abreise mit Iva waren absolut unkompliziert. Alen hat sofort geantwortet. Das Haus war sauber, die Aussstattung gut. Besonders zu erwähnen sind der tolle Pool sowie (heute auch nicht unwichtig) die schnelle und stabile WLAN-Abdeckung. Insgesamt ist das Haus für vier Personen absolut ausreichend groß. Wir waren zu zweit dort, aber auch vier Leute finden ausreichend Platz. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter und werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Istrien machen sollten.
