A terrace of 4m ². A kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave/ oven, fridge. A bathroom with toilet. 100m from the beach and 200m from the city center. Ideally located to enjoy the Grau du Roi on foot. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Private garage with this accommodation.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
