Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND INTERNAL RULES CAREFULLY TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION WHEN ACCEPTING THE RESERVATION.

Located in a small secure residence, 80m² apartment equipped for 6 people, a shower room, a bathroom, two terraces, and a shared swimming pool.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with elevator.
It has 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a 140x200 double bed with cupboard storage, terrace adjoining the living room
- Bedroom 2: two 90x200 single beds with cupboard storage, terrace adjoining bedroom 1 and the living room
- Bedroom 3: a 140x200 double bed with cupboard storage, private terrace

The shower room is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a vanity unit, a mirror.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a vanity unit, a mirror.

A bright and spacious living/dining room completes the property with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, hob, senseo coffee machine, microwave)

The residence has several free outdoor parking spaces.

CLEANING AND PRESSING COSTS IN THE AMOUNT OF €140 MANDATORY TO BE GIVED UPON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these costs cover cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) in order to that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place)

Household linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless reserved in advance at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 flat sheet per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat for each shower room
- 2 tea towels

DURING YOUR STAY :

--> To notify us in the event of damage or breakage.

--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors as well as the noise level in the evening and morning.

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! Please kindly :

--> Empty all the Trash Cans in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> To collect all the Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to normal useable condition).

--> To Replace Objects and Furniture Moved During Your Stay in Its Original Place.

--> To make the dishes clean and put them away as well as to empty the dishwasher.

--> To clean household appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, barbecue, etc.).

--> Make the Sanitary Clean.

--> Throw away or take out all started food

In the event that the accommodation is left dirty we will charge you the following rate: €140 upon leaving the premises in addition to the obligatory cleaning costs on arrival.


In the event of loss of keys/beeps given or breakage of a key or lock, the costs of changing locks and duplicates will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Parties and evenings are prohibited in the accommodation out of respect for neighbors.

Non-smoking accommodation inside but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts into the ashtrays.

Cleaning and dry cleaning costs are to be given on arrival in the amount of €140 to the person who will come to welcome you.
