This stylishly fully furnished condo is a designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with 1,050 square feet of living space with its own private & secure entrance and 2 private parking spaces. This property is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants! We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and relaxing lodging experience to guests & patients visiting the Rochester area. Each unit has its own heating & cooling system (no shared air circulation) and we take standards for hygiene & cleanliness seriously. Our cleaning crew is trained in health & safety measures and follows the CDC cleaning guidelines. No carpet. No smoking!

The Perfect Stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay - close and convenient to Mayo Hospital, groceries, and well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. Great kitchen to cook meals, and having the laundry washer/dryer right in the unit was great. The check in and out process was easy, and the hosts were very responsive when we had to extend our stay beyond originally anticipated.

Mayo Patient - Long Stay

We stayed for 45 nights while my husband was being treated at Mayo. Although the area is a little industrial feeling it could not have been more convenient for us. You can be parked at Mayo within 10 minutes, which was awesome as sometimes we were there multiple times in a day. Hy-Vee is super close as well. It was great to have the kitchen. There was enough space for both my husband and I to work remotely as well. Neighborhood felt safe, and we walked it often. Host are very responsive. Would recommend for anyone that needs a home away from home.

Mayo for 7 weeks of radiation

Pros: close to everything in Rochester. Clean, new. Good water pressure. Cons: 75 yards from major interstate with semi trucks using their Jake Brakes 7/24. I out foam board in the bedroom window to block sound and lights from hotel next door. I used white noise generator at a high level but the trucks still woke me up 7-12 times per night. Amenities are Amazon basic. I recommend your own sheets, blanket and pillows.
