What a great hidden gem! The location was perfect—tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing, yet close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. The hosts were amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The location was extremely convenient, and the house itself was beautiful!!! Loved the pool. We did run into a few issues with cleanliness (molded food left in microwave), clogged sinks, and leaking A/C units. It was suggested to plunge the sink ourselves—we didn’t feel that was an appropriate expectation for guests. Thankfully, the house manager returned to resolve the issue. Overall, we had a good stay, but the check-in and check-out policies were quite strict, and we had to pay extra for any flexibility.

We had a party of 10 and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect to get around Carolina and San Juan. There’s a beautiful beach across the street and Isla Verde Beach is very close by. The kids enjoyed the pool and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher was great for our large group.

We loved our stay, it had everything you need. Separate bedrooms & bathrooms for all. The cabana room was wonderful & the pool perfect size & temperature. We loved the layout of the breakfast area. Was huge & we could all sit around every morning & drink our coffee & enjoy time together.The area was also perfect, very safe, lots of restaurants & a large grocery story & a 2 minute walk to the beach!We will definitely come again!

Seven of us had a fantastic stay at Villa Ibiza in Isla Verde. The house is clean and comfortable, and the pool is a wonderful place to relax on a hot day. The house is walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Ubers to Old San Juan are inexpensive and plentiful. Thank you John and Mayra for a wonderful stay!

Our group of 7 women spent 5 days in Puerto Rico for our yearly reunion. The house was spacious and had lots of room to spread out. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen at the long high top table but also enjoyed the living room in the cabana and relaxed around the pool. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach (there are beach chairs and beach towels at the house), and the free 5 bus across the street takes you directly to Old San Juan. Mayra (the manager for the house) was extremely responsive to our texts, questions etc and was great to work with.

The house was fantastic, and it comfortably accommodated our entire group of 11. It was also in a great location, with restaurants, convenience stores, and beaches nearby. The only thing I would suggest is that you use the restaurant next door to find the house more easily.
