Double decked, the house provides stunning 2nd-floor vistas with sweeping sea views of Sandy Point Island, Watch Hill R.I, Nappatree Point and Little Narragansett Bay. The 1st-floor deck provides a peek-a-boo view of the sea as well a spectacular view of the salt marsh where Great Egrets and Great Blue Herons live.
*Ample off street parking for cars and trailered boats & water sport toys* - Very hard to find in the Boro and a great amenity! (most homes only have street parking)
