The luxury chalet "Casa Leon" with partial sea views is beautifully situated above Cala Mesquida on the slope and is only about 450 m from the sea and the beach. Cala Mesquida is an idyllic little place with restaurants, grocery stores (e.g. B. a German butcher) and boutiques. In addition to a beautiful sandy beach, you will also find one of the few bays on Mallorca with a dune landscape. So you can enjoy an absolutely unique landscape. The nature reserve, which borders directly on the dunes, also guarantees untouched nature and perfect relaxation. The house offers every comfort and luxury.

Outside:
The 700 m² property is completely fenced (electric entrance gate) and laid out on several levels, which are connected by stairs. The pool for single use (7 x 3 m) can be reached from the house at ground level and is fully equipped with an outdoor shower, sun terrace and loungers. A 35 m² covered terrace with furniture and a brick barbecue invite you to cozy evenings when the Mallorcan weather is nice. In addition, Casa Leon has a garage with an electric gate, which is directly connected to the house and leads through a door into the hallway. Free access to the in-house WiFi is possible on the entire property. Cala Ratjada is approx. 7 km away, Palma approx. 78 km.

Interior:
The 4-room house (hall, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living area) with approx. 140 m² and two floors offers relaxation for the whole family with its modern and high-quality furnishings. Designed for a maximum of 6 adults, Casa Leon can be reached either by stairs or through the garage.
On the ground floor there is the living room with seating, satellite TV with German programs and DVD, large dining table and fireplace, and the exit to the terrace and the pool. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with freezer and ice maker, coffee machine and satellite TV. Two bedrooms with double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m each), satellite TV and air conditioning with hot / cold settings are located throughout the house. The bedrooms both have a large wardrobe with plenty of space for the wardrobe. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with tub / shower, toilet and bidet.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which is also equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning with a hot / cold setting. A huge built-in wardrobe offers space for the entire wardrobe. In addition to a bath / shower, toilet and bidet, the bathroom en suite also offers a whirlpool to relax.
