Ocean views around the house w/ 360 porch, walk 100m to the semi-private secluded beach. 3bd,2 bath, full kitchen, pool, gazebo and huge patio. -Gated community, security 24/7.Common areas w/ basketball court, grass volley court, children/adult pools and wood gazebos. 3 Bdr:- (1st)King size bed, 70" tv, pvt travertine marble bath and walking closet.(2nd)Queen bed, 50"tv -(3rd)2 full beds and 50" tv. *WIFI around the house ,echo dots & A/C in each room. Family with 70" TV and A/C. Dinner table for 6. Full equipped kitchen. Concrete gazebo w/gas grill. 14'pool. Laundry w/ Samsung Washer and Dryer. -Gas generator/full house Avail :Oct 1- Apr 30.
