Located 3 blocks from the beach, in the rarely available central beach neighborhood, on an oversized lot with lush landscaping and ancient oaks, this home is near restaurants, shopping, marina, tennis, golf, dog park, fitness trail, museum and theater, but is situated on a very quiet(no through traffic) street.

The house is beautifully renovated, light-filled, fully and tastefully furnished with plush club chairs and sofas(including a sofa bed),king beds, many built-in closets (including a walk-ins)and a dining table for six. The open-plan wood and granite kitchen beneath a skylight faces french doors leading out to the terrace and screened-in pool- perfect for whiling away lazy afternoons or enjoying your breakfast and espresso in the morning. The huge master suite has a very large bathroom with double sinks and bidet, as well as a windowed shower enclosure. Second bathroom is windowed as well, with a full-sized bathtub. An elegant guest bathroom is off main hall. All the windows, skylights, and doors are fully storm-proof. An outdoor shower allows you to go from beach to pool with ease, and a gas grill along with picnic table are perfect for al fresco dining. in addition, canopy storage for any toys you bring to this non-HOA property.

You'll find everything you and your family need to enjoy your vacation or distance work-giant flat-screen smart tvs, books, games to ,high-speed wi-fi, bedside USB ports, and more.

A Tropical Paradise

My wife, young family and I had the good fortune of staying at Anastasia’s perfect Floridian home for our spring break. The house is clean and up to date. Short walk to the beach and town! Top tier location. The grounds and pool take you away to a true tropical paradise. I want to live here!!

PERFECTION!

There's no other way to describe this property, but to say it was perfect! The location made it easy to access the bridge, the marina, the ocean. The home was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hostess provided "extras" by giving us a start on necessities such as some toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc. There were plenty of soft, clean towels, sheets and blankets available. The beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space to stow all your belongings. The pool enclosed in a spacious lanai was a nice addition to this beautiful home! I hope to return to Vero Beach just so I can stay in this home again!

What a lovely, functional home. Anastasia’s very clean house has everything you could want or need – pool (fantastic that it’s screened in – no bugs!), comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, easy to cook in kitchen, nice dining area and comfy living room, replete with interesting books and even games. Would be great for a family staying here. Hosts were very thoughtful and more than responsive – we had an issue with the clothes dryer (NOT their fault) and it was resolved immediately, no small feat during our Covid times. One other note – the neighborhood is wonderful. Safe (house is on the island), lots of mature trees and well maintained, pretty homes. The people we encountered during our evening walks were pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

This house is the perfect combination of secluded, private, and quiet while being an easy walk from everything one might want-beach, dining, shopping, all within a mile. Having no hoa and a boat ramp nearby means you can bring all your toys, and enjoy the Indian River and the ocean whether you prefer surfing, sailing, boating, jet-skiing, or just watching all of those.

The pool is a delight- especially for the mosquito-averse. Although the house is filled with natural light-the yard occupies an oversized lot of giant oaks, providing dappled sunlight.

What makes this property unique

The home is furnished with a combination of antiques and and modern, comfortable furnishings. The location is rarely available and highly coveted by locals.
