Open format with two sitting areas with two long sofas, Pogan Pohl designer kitchen, fireplace, and landscaped courtyard with outdoor furniture. Metro accessible on the blue, orange, and silver lines, and walking distance from Eastern Market which is open most days, and a local farmers market on Tuesdays and weekends.

Street parking is free at night, but you have to move your car every 2 hours during the day.

Fantastic Neighborhood

Great place to stay for a family. Well decorated house with plenty of amenities. Loved the feel of the neighborhood with old town feel, energy of the market, and an easy walk to capital grounds.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

We loved this DC townhome. Great Alaska artwork and comfortable furniture and beds. It was well appointed and had a lovely outdoor area. Easy walking distance to the Hill and restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again!
