VILLAS ON THE PRINCE #2 is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome in one of only 3 gated communities in Princeville on Kauai’s beautiful north shore. Newly renovated, it is one of the only units offering A/C upstairs as well as in each master suite!

Upstairs there is the expansive open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with 15 foot vaulted ceilings, beautiful bamboo hardwood floors and fabulous views of the championship Prince Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

Downstairs there is a spacious atrium leading to two master bedrooms, both with king beds and separate en-suite bathrooms. The bamboo floors continue throughout the home. The first en-suite has a jacuzzi tub, while the second has a large walk in shower. Both bedrooms have a large adjoining outdoor patio leading to a garden area. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom and walk in shower.

The updated kitchen has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked and ready for meal preparation and dining. The kitchen includes new Calphalon pots and pans, Henckels knives, Cuisinart coffee maker and toaster, slow cooker, rice cooker and anything a gourmet cook would enjoy!

Amenities include a Samsung Smart TV and DVD player in the living room. Both downstairs master bedrooms have their own smart TVs. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in a laundry closet off the atrium, free wifi internet, and cable television.

Our gated community has a refreshing pool nearby with a gas BBQ, bathroom and shower.

Villas on the Prince is located in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai, a short drive from Hanalei Bay. Our 1800 square foot townhome has nearby beach path access to Anini Beach. The local farmer’s market is a short walk away from the complex and we are walking distance to Princeville’s shopping, dining and entertainment center. There are arts and crafts fairs within walking distance and a night market with food trucks and musical entertainment.

Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, biking, shopping, tennis and golf.

There is a parking space available for guests right in front of the townhome. Available recreational equipment include coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels. The garage is not available for parking.

Villas on the Prince requires a minimum stay of 30 days.

There is no elevator available.

Luxurious Living in Hawaii

This is a wonderful property in every sense of the word — well situated Princeville location near shops, farmers markets, beaches, restaurants, community; exquisitely furnished and equipped, meticulously maintained. My wife and I spent a wonderful 6 weeks here and would be happy to return again anytime to this magical getaway home-away-from-home.

Beautiful and Comfortable Princeville condo

My husband and I enjoyed staying for 5 beautiful weeks at Tom and Ellen's condo. Tom and Ellen have made their place very comfortable with everything that you might need for an extended stay. We would definitely rent their unit again. Mahalo for everything!

Excellent condo to spend a month in Princeville

The condo is very well equipped. Wonderful kitchen and well stocked with new appliances and supplies for kitchen. Tom and Ellen were very good to work with. They contacted us before we arrived and many times during our stay just to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best owners we have worked with and we have been to Kauai at least ten times. We had a wonderful month and we were extremely happy with our accommodations

Fabulous property

Great location. Very quiet. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. Ocean view, sat on balcony everyday. Lots of beautiful walking paths. Nice pool. Used the pool grill, several times. Great stay. Stayed 5 months. Will definitely rent this property again. The owners were nice and easy to work with. Loved the location and loved the 3 BR/ 3 bath unit.

Amazing stay in an amazing place

This Princeville townhouse was an excellent place to stay on Kauai, with plenty of room, great living dining and kitchen area, three large bedrooms, three beautiful baths (one with a spa tub) and fast internet. Our hosts thought of everything! From their great communications and exact and thoughtful instructions to the well equipped kitchen (literally had everything to make quick snacks and to full-fledged multi course meals) to the garage with all we needed for our beach adventures -- big beach towels, comfortable chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and more. The townhouse is in a quiet gated complex. Walk out to the golf course and greenspace across the street for beautiful views of the ocean. It's also walking distance to a full supermarket, great dining, fun shops, shave ice and more. It's a short drive or walk down the hill to Anini Beach, and there are numerous other beaches within a short driving distance, making everything nearby and accessible. Hanalei is a five-minute drive, with canoe and kayak rentals, excellent restaurants and wonderful ambience, not to mention amazing natural beauty of the Hanalei pier and beach with their spectacular sunsets. Most importantly, our hosts were were knowledgeable, helpful and interested in seeing us have the best time and experience possible, in one of the most beautiful places on earth. All in all we had a terrific time! We were there for over a month and it really did feel like home. We are already talking about how we can get back to Kauai. Glen Coleman
