This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with enclosed garden. Three bedrooms with separable beds of 160 cm X 200 cm mattress 25 cm thick. Android television in all bedrooms with dressing rooms. Living room with TNT television, WIFI by fibre, Canal+, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Bathroom with toilet PRM and separate toilet. Kitchen equipped with induction hob and gas, American refrigerator, hood. Summer kitchen with plancha, fryer, small refrigerator and sink. Baby cot with mattress, high chair, booster seat, baby bath. Grass and planters planted illuminated. Illuminated petanque court. Complete accommodation accessible at the end of the path very quiet place. When booking you will have our contact details as well as that of the concierge.
SMOKERS are accepted but out of respect for the following guests, smoking outside. CLEANING NOT INCLUDED. Reception and departure is done by the concierge who will check the condition of the accommodation.
Regarding pets, yes, they are welcome!
As long as the interiors (sofa, bed etc...) and the exteriors are well respected, no worries, we will continue to accept our animal 😉 friends

Un séjour parfait en famille !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison a totalement répondu à nos attentes : très agréable, jolie et idéale avec un enfant qui s'est amusé en toute sécurité dans le jardin.Les chambres climatisées apportent un vrai confort, et la présence de deux toilettes est un vrai plus au quotidien. Mention spéciale pour Gilles, le propriétaire, qui s'est montré très à l'écoute.Seul petit bémol : l'absence d'option ménage payant pour la fin de séjour, ce qui aurait été bien pratique.Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Merci Maria pour votre retour positif. Pour ce qui est du ménage, cela fait deux ans que nous cherchons, et la conciergerie ne veut pas sur juillet-août. Pour l'an prochain, nous avons peut-être trouvé la solution pour le ménage et les lits faits à l'arrivée, plus le linge de toilette ; nous devrions mettre cela en place pour début 2027. La maison est très agréable et la climatisation est vraiment un plus . La cuisine est très bien équipée , la pièce de vie est lumineuse et les chambres sont spacieuses . Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dehors au niveau de la terrasse couverte qui est de bonne taille . Le jardin a été refait récemment et il apporte une petite touche exotique . La maison est très calme et la mer est à moins de 10min à pied . Toute la famille a été ravis de pouvoir profiter de cette maison aux prestations de qualités : des vacances de rêve .

Super séjour à NoirmoutierLa location était parfaite : propre, bien équipée (notamment si vous voyagé avec un bébé), idéalement située pour profité en toute tranquillité. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le confort du logement et la proximité.Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec plaisir.Je recommande cette location sans hésitation !

Gerne wieder

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem neuen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war mehr als komplett: Klimaanlage, zentraler Staubsauger, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (auch mit reichlich Geschirr). Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und es gab auch genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Zum Bäcker, zum kleinen Supermarkt und zum Badestrand konnte man mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Ansonsten liegt das Haus in einer wirklich ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Conciergerie hatte sich mit unserer Ankunft vertan, aber durch telefonischen Kontakt und Schlüssel-Box war das kein Problem, auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Top

Gite tout neuf, avec pas mal d'équipements. Lits nickel avec des matelas de bonne qualité et des oreillers neufs. Il y a des rangements dans toutes les chambres Cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée Terrasse extérieure très agréable, les propriétaires ont même pensé à des jeux d'extérieur. Bonne communication avec la conciergerie, les propriétaires ont été eux aussi réactifs et très corrects quand nous avons réservé. Emplacement très calme et bien placé. Plage pas trop blindée à 5min à pied (ça se fait sans problème avec des enfants car peu de circulation) On recommande et on garde en Favoris car on y retournera avec plaisir

Enrspannte Urlaubstage

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Urlaubszeit auf der Insel verbracht. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub ausgestattet. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
