Our 40m² studio is the perfect combination of living in the city and comfort in a green environment.
It has one large living room that that views directly into the garden, a small anteroom and a bathroom with bath tube.
Your own small garden with terrace gives this apartment a very special charme, so just enjoy it.
Suitable for 1-2 persons.
