Relax and unwind or explore downtown Indianapolis in our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxurious & cozy retreat! Sleeping arrangements for 9 make this the place to share with friends or family. Plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you have a living room and kitchen, with the family room & extra study/chill room if you need to work with high speed WiFi. There are large flat screen smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN & ESPN Plus or log into your favorites streaming services like Netflix and the like!

The property was very nice with comfortable beds. The living room furniture is not so comfy, but was sufficient. Having access to the garage was amazing during the record lows and snow. Because the weather was brutal, we would have liked to stay an extra night, but the property was already rented. The heater works great, and the area feels safe. We would stay here again.

Yes! This is the place in Indy! The house was spacious and spotless! It was very close to the airport and without any airport noise! So very convenient to get to downtown restaurants and the Indianapolis Speedway. Very Highly Recommend! Thanks to the amazing owners for such a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend!

This was a very nice property located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very close to the airport and to dining and shopping. The home is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and it fit all of our needs. Check in and check out were easy. The owners were very communicative and attentive.

Very nice home close to the airport

The home was as described and had everything we needed for our week stay. It could have used a few more furnishings in the living room but all in all everything was fine. The only thing we didn’t care for was the closeness of the neighbors but we didn’t plan on living there. It’s close to anything you need including White Castle!!! We would stay again if needed.

A perfect little house for a convention getaway

The house was exactly as pictured. It was easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. I was in town for a conference and the convention center was only about 20 minutes away. Even though it's close to the airport, I barely noticed any of the planes coming or going. The only complaint I really had was the yard was not fenced...and that's my fault for not double checking. I had looked at street view maps and it looked fenced...but the fence was the neighbor's. So, my pups didn't have the chance to run around. But I found a nice doggy daycare facility within a couple miles, so they were able to go play a couple days out of the week we were there. I would stay there again if my travels took me back to the Indianapolis area.

Ease of use, great location for event we attended. Kitchen & bathroom didn’t have hand towels & the front bathroom tub/shower floor was slick. Very minor things easily overcome. Could’ve used more casual seating in the living room. All in all it was a very good stay. Paul was more accommodating than most. We would stay again.

I had several questions and concerns over our 3 night stay and I never heard from property manager. Also several items weren’t working and garbage was overflowing when we got there so no where to put our garbage.

Awful Experience

We got there and the temperature inside was 83 degrees. I tried to contact the host with no luck. We ended up in a hotel that night. The host emailed me the following day saying he’d have someone out between 6-7 that night. I told him we were canceling our reservation and never heard anything back until I received checkout instructions from him, even though we never stayed there. I called the host, left a vm and sent a couple of texts. His communication is horrible. Now I’m being asked to rate a stay in a house I didn’t use because of the A/C issues

This was the worst experience ever. Recommend not to stay at this place.

The experience was totally bad here. Late or no response. Broken toilet and flush not working. Whole 3 days without bathroom and then on top of that he has charged 500 dollars instead of refund. I would suggest never to use this property ever.

It was spacious generally clean and the garage was available to park our car into. While we were there, the owner did respond to our questions. The state of repairs was much less than what they should have been. The kitchen was infested with tiny ants which the cleaning crew attempted to control by sprinkling cinnamon about, of the 4 Tv’s in the place, only 1 sort of worked. No cable tv, or subscription tv was available. The Thermostat was programmed in spanish and was non responsive to attempts to set it on site. The owner did respond to our request to set the thermostat to a constant temperature for our stay. The bed we used was clean and comfortable, however the rest of the furniture in the place was uncomfortable. Additionally there were plumbing issues which should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Poor quality control.

Very Nice House in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was very clean. I loved all the counter space. The neighborhood was very laid back and quiet. The basic amenities were a plus. My only complaint is all the huge potholes on the road in the neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again.
