Traveled with my spouse and another couple for a weekend getaway to ride bikes on the Monon Trail. The house was in a great location next to the bike trail. Great communication with the host. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Located in a great neighborhood with restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Indy.

This is a lovely property. It was super clean and well kept up. The details were well thought out. The house was well stocked with the things that we needed. The backyard was perfect for our dogs. Looking forward to returning next year!

This lovely home is located in a gorgeous, safe neighborhood. We appreciated the on site parking spot, the welcoming backyard, and the clean and comfy accommodations. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had and they have thought of everything you might need for your stay.

House was very clean, located near to Speedway. Backyard was very nice though we didnt get a chance to use it, because we were busy most of the weekend. Owners were responsive.

The house was well equipped - we had everything we needed for a three week stay.The fenced in yard was wonderful for our two pooches. Great rental, would recommend. We loved local restaurants and shopping!However, the only TV is in the basement and the stairs are rather narrow and steep...something anyone with motor issues (arthritis, etc) should be aware of.

The home was very comfortable and had all possible amenities we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, etc., which was very appreciated. The check-in/out instructions were easy to follow and communication was quick and friendly. The pet fee (100) and separate security deposit were unexpected but overall didn't cause any issues - it just would have been nice to know of these ahead of making our reservation. We needed to extend our stay slightly during our time there and they were quick to respond and adjust our dates which was very appreciated! The house and neighborhood itself were quiet, seemed safe, and were located close to everything we needed - a couple of restaurants/cafes are even within walking distance. The fenced-in privacy backyard was perfect for our little dog to run around off leash and access/parking through the alley was actually better than parking on the street as it avoided some traffic and felt private. We will add the home to our list if we need to stay in the area again!
