The cozy bungalow in Ticino construction offers plenty of space for you and your family. Dogs are, thanks fenced yard welcome. Two separate bedrooms incl. Double beds, a bathroom with a bath and a kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher offer everything to relax.
The beautiful terrace offers a panoramic view of Lake Lugano, with sunset and mountain views around the mountain, Monte Lema '.

The bathing lake is easily accessible by foot and just 100 meters away. The beach has a jetty, a floating island, a large lawn and a separate playground.

To use them also are 2 classic bicycles, washing machine, SAT-TV in the living room and in one bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove / refrigerator and freezer / dishwasher / microwave / toaster / coffee or. Nesspressomaschine / kettle, etc.) Garage.

Towels and bed linen must be brought.

The house is about 59 Km from Malpensa airport and 8 km from the airport in Lugano-Agno.

Great house for families - great location.

We were here with two families and the house is a great place to stay with such a group. Everything you can think of is available, from toys to child beds and. It is clear that the hosts know what they are doing and they didn't skimp on equipment. Arrival instructions/location are send in a timely and clear manner. The house was squeaky clean upon arrival. One thing that makes the house ideal for families is that almost every bedroom has a fully functional bathroom meaning you can marshall all kids to bed in parallel/ Location of the house is also superb. The whole area between Zell am See and the Krimml is reachable within 40 minutes driving.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terasse über den See in die Berge ist Urlaub pur. Das Ferienhaus war auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Eigentümer waren telefonisch immer zu erreichen , herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful place

Maison, grande, avec beaucoup de charme. Jardin de bonne taille et protegeant des vis-à-vis. A moins de 5 minutes à pied du lac et d'un petit lieu de baignade. De belles randonnées autour. Tres bel endroit.

Ideal für Familie mit Hund

Komplett eingezäunt und tolle Lage in Seenähe. See, Restaurants, Supermarkt... alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ponte Tresa und die kleine Örtchen am Uferverlauf sehenswert. Lugano auch. Nur 1 Stunde Fahrt nach Mailand. Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet und schön gemütlich. Jederzeit wieder!!

Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund!

Der Garten ist perfekt eingezäunt, auch für kleine Hunde (5,5 kg) keine Chance abzuhauen 😉 Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Und bei Fragen war die Vermieterin immer erreichbar bzw. beantwortete unsere Emails innerhalb weniger Stunden. Vielen Dank.

Abgewohnt und schmutzig

Das Haus ist toll gelegen, hat einen großen Garten und bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Es hat ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, die Ausstattung der Küche war okay. Das Interieur im Wohn- und Essbereich wirkte zusammengewürfelt, ist alt, verschlissen, muffig. Die Schlafzimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist komplett veraltet und müsste unbedingt renoviert werden. Völlig veraltete Fließen, Fugen, Wasserleitungen usw. Bezeichnend, dass hiervon kein Foto auf Fewo zu finden ist. Größtes Manko jedoch ist die Sauberkeit. Staub in jedem Raum, teilweise mehrere Millimeter dick, Spinnen/Spinnweben in den Raumecken, Türrahmen, klebriger Boden... Positiv zu erwähnen ist die ausgesprochen gute Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie deren Bereichsschaft, die Mängel zu beseitigen.

Tolles Objekt

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind einfach nur genial. Vor Ort findet man vor allem für Kleinkinder alles, was man braucht, von Bobbycar über Laufrad bis Luftmatratzen zum Baden. Von der Terrasse, Küche und Wohnzimmer hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Der Weg zum See ist ca. 250m und der Privatstrand, den man sich mit nur Wenigen teilt, ist einmalig. Insgesamt sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Quartier ist sehr schön. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden…. und man braucht wirklich nicht von Zuhause mitbringen. Der Garten ist sehr gross und komplett eingezäunt. Wir konnten auch grillieren. Kleiner Tipp: die Liegestühle sollten ersetzt werden🤗.

Ein geräumiges Haus mit Garten und Terrasse, um sich frei zu bewegen zu können. Freundliche Nachbarschaft inklusive :-) Die Küchenausstattung ist okay. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war mittel, Hundehaare auf Teppichen, Matten und in Kommoden waren doch etwas störend. Kippen im Grill und angefangene Lebensmittel wie Eis sind eher dem Vornutzer zuzuordnen... )-: Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt ziehen wir ein positives Fazit unseres Aufenthalts

Empfehlenswert

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit tatsächlich kurzem Weg zum See. Alles vorhanden und die halbe Garage ist voll mit Wassertieren und Gartenspielzeug für die Kinder. Der Privatstrand ist eine tolle Sache, kein Suchen eines Liegeplatzes und nicht allzuviele Badegäste um einen herum. Der Ort ist recht überschaubar, italienischer Charme wohin man blickt. Ein paar gute Restaurants und eine spitzenmäßige Eisdiele gibt es allemal. Ein erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub, der Eindruck hinterlassen hat!

Het is een fijn faniliehuis op een toplocatie, maar gezien de temperaturen van 34 gr. is een airco echt noodzakelijk om het comfortabel te maken. Het was nu echt te warm in huis.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses, des Gartens und des Sees entsprechen vollkommen der Realität. Besonders die gute Ausstattung der Küche und die Vielzahl der Gartenmöbel ist hervorzuheben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.
