Family beach trip

We enjoyed the house,it’s beautiful.I was upset the hot tub didn’t work,I called about it and was told I have to pay to use it.I knew I had to pay if I wanted to heat the pool but the hot tub was in the fine print that no one reads.The house is about a 15 minute walk to the beach not 10.
