Bright, modern and cozy two-room apartment

Our well maintained two-room apartment "Sunshine" is flooded with light, the sun rays illuminate the rooms in the course of the day again and again from other sites. The colors yellow and orange can be found everywhere in the apartment and give it a warm, comfortable-modern character. Here are 2 people plenty of space to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with all household items. The dishwasher does the dishes.
Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, toast and butter are available for the first breakfast.
You arrive in the evening? Then you will find a cracker for pizza or lasagna in the freezer. And some soft drinks, beer and wine are available in the fridge (at cost price according to consumption). So you can first arrive in peace and on the next day in the immediate vicinity to do your shopping. And if you want to eat out, you can reach the various restaurants and snack bars (German, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Italian cuisine) in a few minutes walk.

Of course, towels, bath towels, bed linen and tea towels are included in the rent.

You have to wash your clothes? Then you can use our washing machine and dryer for a fee of 5 €.

Lintorf is a small district of Ratingen with almost village character. Here you can enjoy the tranquility after a busy day at the fair, a long shopping spree or a sightseeing tour through Dusseldorf and the surrounding area. Everything you need, you can find within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlor. In the village there is a great swimming pool with outdoor pool, indoor pool and excellent sauna. Here you can relax wonderfully. In our large garden may be grilled and we look forward to, if you tell us about your daily experiences.

The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away. From here, a direct line to the city center of Düsseldorf (about 35 minutes by express bus). The airport can also be reached by bus and S-Bahn within about 30 minutes.
Very conveniently located (5 minutes by car to A3, A44 and A52, A524 (Kreuz Breitscheid), 15 minutes to Dusseldorf Airport, 20 minutes to Messe Düsseldorf and 25 minutes to Messe Essen, 10 minutes to the center of Ratingen. In our street there are very good, free parking facilities.
