About this property

A Block from the Ocean - Old NH Place with Heated Saltwater Pool.

Fully remodeled home in the heart of Nags Head. Walk or bike to restaurants, the beach, and landmark Jockeys Ridge. Located on a quiet street, there is plenty of outdoor decks, pool side lounging or covered hot tub area for relaxing at home. The house only rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Recently completely renovated luxury house on a quiet street one block from the beach and restaurants.
2 -king bed masters and 1 -queen master. 1 -2 twin with jack and jill bathroom. 1 -queen with jack and jill bathroom. 1 -twin bunk and trundle.
Everything you need us here. Linens and towels are provided - includes 6 beach towels.

4 bikes and a gorilla cart are available for beach trips. Starter (one roll each bathroom) toilet paper and paper towel provided.
Granite counters in the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms.

Linksys provided on each floor for fast interenet, desk in a separate space for work or school endeavors, Ms Pacman with 17 video games for time off. Area under the house with hot tub is covered for rainy days with a smart tv. We are a family business - not a rental co- with a sister property down the street.

Beautiful House

House was the nicest we have stayed at in our 9 years coming to Nags Head. Debbie was beyond helpful and extremely easy to get in contact with. She even brought us cookies the one day. We had a wonderful week despite the rainy weather.

Family Beach Trip September 2024

Our family including kids, spouses, grandkids had a great time at this rental house. From the pool to hot tub all the amenities were enjoyed. House is conveniently located to the beach access and the house is equipped with essential cooking supplies to enjoy meals at the house. Thank you for a great week_ lots of awesome memories!!

Perfection!

We loved everything about this house… proximity to beach (6 minute walk), walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, retail stores, etc. House itself was immaculate with many amenities, including pool toys, beach needs (chairs, towels, etc.) Debbie was a wonderful hostess! Super responsive and accommodating, above and beyond our expectations. We’ve rented homes in Nags Head / KDH for 8 summers and this was the best one yet!

Amazing!!

Definitely 5 stars all the way! From the beginning Debbie was very helpful and accommodating. She always responded quickly and even offered things that I hadn’t thought about. The house was very clean and nicely updated. Almost every room had a bathroom attached which is very nice for a big group of people. The pool and hot tub were great. We enjoyed them a lot. We cooked a lot too so it was nice that the kitchen had everything we needed as well.

Enjoyed our stay

Our group of 14 had a great time during our recent stay. The kids loved the pool and Pacman. The house is located on a quiet street with only a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked. The house was nicely renovated and clean. Debbie was responsive both before and during the entire stay. Highly Recommended.
