The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a Murphy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the district's revolutionary history. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts. It is especially trendy on the Place de la Bastille side, where there are many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre, and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, which are full of life and madness on the Bastille side and more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
