The Space:

On the 4th floor, with elevator, of a beautiful parisian building, this charming apartment immerses you in the historic atmosphere of the capital, where modernity and authenticity merge harmoniously, embodied by magnificent wooden beams. Please note that the elevator is only accessible from the first floor, so you still have to take the stairs one flight up first.



It opens onto a bright and spacious living area with a cosy dining area for up to 4 people.

The fully equiped kitchen invites you to taste the French gastronomy, and benefits from all the appliances you need such as a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, induction cooktops, a dishwasher and a washing-machine.

In the living-room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed as well as a smart-TV. For maximum confort and intimacy, a full separated bathroom is available for the guests sleeping in the living-room.



The wide bedroom is equiped with a King-Size bed, a smart-TV and plenty of storage. The bathroom is ensuite and composed of a nice walk-in shower and WC.

Amazing place

This was our first long term stay in a Paris flat.We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful, functional, centrally located place!!!Having 2 full bathrooms was the icing on the cake! The king size bed was very comfortable!We would stay her again in a heartbeat!

A chic apartment

The apartment was very fresh and modern and well appointed. It was a very comfortable place to come back to. The apartment is well located with lots of cafes, supermarket and shops close by and also the Metro.

This was an amazing experience! It was our first time staying in an apartment and it couldn't have been nicer. We loved the location, walking distance from just about everything! The neighborhood is amazing, with fun cafes, and shops. The apartment was so cute and spacious. Everything we were looking for. When we come back we will probably book this exact apartment again!

This has been beautifully renovated. The shower space is large, with both overhead & handheld options; the water pressure is excellent; the kitchen well stocked with essentials & the dining space sufficient. The towels are large & the bedding high quality. The listing however doesn’t mention the winding staircase up to the first floor lift- only a problem if you have large suitcases. I would happily stay for a month next time.

We were not aware the bed was full size. My husband and I need queen or larger. We moved to pull out couch. metal bar to hold mattress in made it impossible to have his feet out on bottom of bed so he had to hang them off the side of the bed. Also the toilet was by front door not in bedroom bathroom

L’appartamento è molto bello, ben diviso, realizzato con ottimi materiali, luminoso e pulito. In posizione comodissima e equipaggiato molto bene. L’unica pecca sono le finestre che lasciano passare il rumore e non ci sono le persiane.L’occultante non è ali livello del resto delle prestazioni.
