Stay at a glamorous Art Deco style condo in an luxury building with elevator. This unit is in a really quiet area yet close to highway I-71/75 & 471. The rooms are spacious with tall 10' ceilings and big windows. Gated parking is included!

This condo is really unique in its loft style with 2 floors.
Downstairs, there is a 50" Smart TV for all your streaming needs. The charging bank is on the counter while you watch TV or drink coffee in the morning. The kitchen is available with Keurig and appliances for anything you need during your stay. There is a half bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs loft is the main bedroom with a King medium memory foam mattress. 100% cotton Parachute bed linens. A double bathroom so you don't have to share a sink! You will have Pantene shampoo and conditioner, Neutrogena make up remover, Dove/Olay body wash, and 100% white cotton towels.

You will have access to the entire condo.
Washer & dryer are available for use during the stay. We provide Tide powder, which goes directly into the tub.

For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.

Cincinnati's Central Business District is home to so many corporate businesses. It is also close to Paul Brown Stadium, Great American Ball Park, Sawyer Point, Riverwalk, and more! There are so many events in this area and great restaurants on 6th St (Nada, Sotto, Boca, Jeff Ruby's). It's super close to Taft's Theatre, Hard Rock Casino, Brewdog, and so much more

Gated parking is the lot next to the building.

Quiet hours after 10pm.
No late check out unless arranged beforehand.
No photography or video production allowed without explicit approval.
Any violation of house rules will lead to termination of the reservation and an additional $300 charge.
Minimum rental age of 24. Govt ID required within 24 hours of booking.
