About this property
Lovely getaway, peaceful and comfortable; summer in the Hamptons
The house was just renovated and now has a new cooks kitchen and island open to Great Room. The Great Room has a large, cathedral ceiling great room, with a large L-shaped couch, and wall to wall windows looking out the back. This is the room where all can congregate - to rest, read, watch TV or talk. We also have a brand new mahogany deck with all new deck furniture (2020). When out on the deck, one feels as if one is a million miles away from civilization. There is a covered portion of the deck where the table is, so you can eat outside all summer without having to swat away mosquitoes all night. The house is 5 miles from the beach in less than a mile from the northern beaches.

I have been hosting my Southampton home for years. I take my guests' experiences very seriously and do my best to make it a wonderful place to vacation. Now that it is newly renovated (kitchen, great room, floors, deck, bathrooms) it is also spectacular.
Why they chose this property
It's very quiet and part of a lovely neighborhood with very nice neighbors. The house has all of the comforts you will want. It's close to the beaches, and it is close to the backroads. If you spend time in the hamptons you will come to appreciate that.
What makes this property unique
Away from the hoardes of people, but only minutes to get to town and the beaches. Away from traffic, but close to backroads to get anywhere in the hamptons faster.
